These terms cover your use of Indenta, an app made by Excello Digital for Mac, iPad and iPhone. By using Indenta you agree to them.

Licence

Indenta is licensed to you for personal or business use on devices you own or control. The app itself is not sold to you, and this licence does not transfer ownership of it.

Your content

Everything you write in Indenta is yours. We claim no rights over it. Because your documents are stored on your own devices and in your own iCloud Drive, keeping backups of them is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app;
• use the app to break any law that applies to you.

Beta releases

While Indenta is distributed through TestFlight it is pre-release software. It may contain defects, it may change without notice, and a beta build stops working when it expires. Do not rely on a beta build as the only home for work you cannot lose.

No warranty

Indenta is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Excello Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Indenta.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top.
